The gourmet food truck concept has become a popular addition to food culture, especially in Southern California.  As the trend has grown a variety of trucks have been created focusing on classic street food concepts from barbeque to grilled cheese, to burgers.  We wanted to bring a new fresh concept to the streets, one motivated by one of America’s favorites, Scooby-Doo, and of course the ubiquitous concept of ‘Munchies’.

The Munchie Machine is an exciting, artful concept that aims to provide an inspiring new dining opportunity for Los Angeles.  We have put together a variety of food options to consider.  Our Munchie Maniacs will have a choice from various categories of munchies including grilled sandwich options, a rotating salad of the day, a selection of sides, and a variety of delectable baked goods. 

Our checkbox menu allows one to select their choice of bread or cheese on sandwich options, and flavor on our smores.  It allows for excellent customer service, which The Munchie Machine is committed to providing.

The Munchie Machine is proudly brought to you by Rob Grier and Oliver Catlin, the managing partners of Creative Restaurant Crew, LLC.  Rob has more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry including every aspect from front of the house, multi-unit management, sales, marketing, and corporate operations with a focus on franchising.  Oliver represents the business side of the operation.  For the last five years, he has built and managed several local businesses.  Both have lived and worked in West Los Angeles for the majority of their lives.
